Store Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. Once shipped, the item will be deemed to have been delivered to the customer. While we do all we can to ensure that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the condition of the goods in transit. Any damage to the unit during transit will need to be lodged against the carrier. We provide necessary information to you for this, however, we are not responsible for any action beyond provision of information related to the purchase and shipping of the item to you.

At iFam Australia  Store, we provide customers with the option to purchase products that will be released in the future or products  that are out of stock. For pre-orders, we will capture payments upfront.

If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, we will hold the order until all items are in stock, and then we will ship it to you. Items marked for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.

Unless you are happy to wait for all products in your basket to be in stock to be delivered to you, we recommend placing separate orders.

We place a strong emphasis on accountability and transparency. However, please note that the ETA we provide for items currently not in stock should be interpreted as a rough guide, as it could potentially be delayed further for reasons out of our control.

We charge shipping for deliveries and the fee varries by the amount of your order. We ship all of orders as express. Delivery time will be,

- NSW / VIC / QLD : 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

- SA/NT/WA : 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

 

If the inappropriate shipping option is chosen at checkout, orders will not be released until the difference has been paid. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee same day delivery.

Under normal circumstances, customers should allow 7 business days from purchase date. Time in transit will vary according to delivery address. If you are in Sydney, we can arrange for a pickup. Just contact us regarding this request via email at service@sytc.com.au and we will provide assistance.

       

Free local pickup is available around Sydney Metro area.

For pick-up arrangements, please contact us on service@sytc.com.au and quote your order number or invoice number. You will need to arrange pick up date and time with us.

2. Privacy & Security

We handle all confidential information with the strictest standards. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

3. Returns & Replacements

All our products carry a 1 year replacement/repair warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law in relation to products. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

· has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

· is unsafe

· is significantly different from the sample or description

· doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time (2~6 weeks). If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 

Please keep your proof of purchase. e.g. your invoice.

In addition to the legal requirement,

a. All products sold by us carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, were we will replace or repair the goods depending on the condition, except for consumable items including, but not limited to teats, soothers and items used for feeding in general.

b. All products must be returned to us by you at your own cost for repair.

c. Once shipped, the item will be deemed to have been delivered to the customer. While we do all we can to ensure that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition, we cannot guarantee the condition of the goods in transit. Any damage to the unit during transit will need to be lodged against the carrier. We provide necessary information to you for this, however, we are not responsible for any action beyond provision of information related to the purchase and shipping of the item to you.

4. Ordering

Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping has been processed. Please note that once the item has been processed for shipping, we are unable to stop the delivery process in between. You must receive the item and return to us to enable a refund.

Please choose carefully as we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

The product must be in its original packaging without being opened for refund and can only be exchanged once the item has been opened.

5. Payment Information

We require immediate payment. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout and Stripes.

Customers please note: You do not have to have PayPal account to pay for an item. When the site direct you to the PayPal payment page, you will be able to insert only the credit card info. Please make sure your Paypal Account is verified before paying with Paypal. Otherwise your payment will come through as an eCheque which may take 3-5 days to clear in our Paypal account. We will only process your order once payment has been confirmed in our account. Please check with Paypal to find out how to verify your account.
